At KLD, we do a little bit of everything, but we specialize in exterior decks. We design, draft with AutoCAD, permit and build the best exterior decks in Tallahassee. We aim for quality over quantity. We aren't the fastest, and we've usually got a long waiting list. However, we're worth the wait. We strive for perfection in everything that we do, and we'll make sure you are well taken care of. Also, we're OSHA 10 certified for safety.

KLD is owned and operated by Rob Kornegay, Jr. - 3rd generation KLD. He's got over 20 years combined experience in general construction and is OSHA 10 certified.

Our KLD team has over 100 combined years of experience with every aspect of construction - not just decks. 

Kornegay Land Development, Co. is legally doing business as KLD Decks & Design tradename. KLD was established in Wakulla County in 1969 and mainly focused on land development and commercial building projects. In 2013, the focus was shifted to commercial and residential exterior decks.
